Ron ordered some new bigger and better tires for his 4-wheeler off eBay...you can seriously get anything you could ever want from there...the worlds biggest yard sale. Oh well, they were in great shape and we "saved" a lot of money?! (As opposed to not buying new tires?!) Anyhoo, the poor UPS man delivered them yesterday. I usually love it when the UPS man comes...but 4 tires on your porch isn't nearly as exciting as a typical delivery! Ron was excited though. As soon as he could, he had the 4-wheeler in the garage, jacked it up, and changed those tires. They are big ole' things! He then, of course, had to try them out, and Jared went along. Then he had me come out and take a picture of what happens when you leave your 4 year old on a 4-wheeler near a snow bank...
He was so proud of himself.
On a side note, look at the meltage of the snow!!!! The mountainous snow banks are receding, and is that GRASS I see across the street?! Yes, it is! Just look at that cloudless blue sky. Ah, bliss! Now, I'm not getting too excited....it's only February...I have to gear up for at least another couple snowstorms. But there is an end in sight.
Just ending with a disclaimer that we aren't completely incompetent parents...Jared didn't drive the 4wheeler himself, and it was off in that picture.
