Jared had his last t-ball game this past week. He did as well as expected for a four year old. Typical games:
Kids confused as to where to run, like when a team mate of Jared's ran from 2nd base straight across to home, completely skipping 3rd!
More hitting of the "T" instead of the ball, resulting in the ball landing about 3 feet in front of the hitter.
Kids on the fielding team having more fun playing in the dirt or chatting with the kids on base than actually playing t-ball.
No score keeping, and games only last three innings...thank goodness!
As usual, the highlight of the game is the treat after! Jared had a good first experience though, and we'll do it again. All the kids were awarded a medal at the end of the game, which he thought was very cool. :)

wow you guys play late in the year. very fun! love the first year of T-ball the kids are so funny to watch.
This brought back memories of Hayden and Connor. It was so fun to watch Jared finish up his season. Go Jared!
T-ball is great entertainment for Moms and Dads as well as the boys! He's a cutie:)
We've decided that baseball, in general, is too difficult for this age group to grasp. Soccer, that requires kicking in one direction and eventually in the other, is much more manageable for their brains! As a spectator, I really like the Keystone Kops version of baseball!
The lighting & color on these photo's are amazing!
T-ball is just about the cutest thing to watch,
Ha-ha...thanks Jen. Photoshop is a fun thing! ;) :0 I'm kidding...a little....just a little boost in contrast is all. :)
