Today, we have changed her name for the next day - to possibly a week.

She calls them her "coco pops". (Her adorable way of saying polka dots!) Now I understand why her fever didn't subside after we started antibiotics for her double ear infection....poor kid!
On to other fantastic news....it isn't summer here today. At noon, it was blowing, raining, and 45 degrees! Yeah, that would be 45 degrees. Even my husband, who had opened the windows to let in the "cool", decided it was now too cold and closed them up! :) By this afternoon though, the storm had blown through....sun shining, temp warming nicely into the 60's(downright balmy!), and we got a nice view of the snow topping off the mountains around us.....

Ah. Roseola. Both my big kids have had that, and I'm just waiting for Katie to take her turn. Rachel had it along with a double ear infection too...fun times.
Oh no! How old is she? I had 2 kids (so far) get this when they were around 1 yrs. old. I felt so bad for them because they seemed so miserable. And it seemed like it lasted forever! Okay, I'm not being very helpful am I? I am so sorry she has to go through that. At least it's not contagious.
Ellie is 2 1/2....so the fever did make her miserable and she was a major crankmonster on Sunday. The rash doesn't seem to be bugging her a bit though. She is my only kid that has had this, to my knowledge. I'm sure the others have been exposed to it, and even had the fever and such, but not the rash so I didn't know it was roseola. Ahh, the joy of infectious diseases....I'm guessing she got it at the Burger King Playland in Page last weekend.

Can't BELIEVE that crazy weather...you guys sure do get the nice temps...I think I might be up for trading. It is still over 100 here.

YUCK!!!I feel so bad for Ellie and you! Grant had that last year on his 2nd birthday! He was miserable!! ALl he wanted me to do was hold him. Get Better Soon!!
