A few weeks ago I stocked up on a couple pair of the Carters fleece footie jammies from Costco for Ellie to wear this winter. One of the pairs she chose is pink with brown monkeys. She has been asking every night to wear her "monkeys" since we brought them home. It got a teensy bit cooler today, and so I decided to let her wear them. She was so excited!
Daddy put her to bed, and then went to tuck Jared in. As he walked back out of J's room, Ellie stuck her head out her door and squealed, "Eeeee-eeeee-ooooo-ooooo!". Daddy asked her what she was doing. She looked at him with a scowl and answered, "I a naughty monkey."
Oh my....could she GET any cuter?!

So cute! I got the same ones for liv they are so soft and i think so cute. Livi however thinks they are for boys and will not where them. I put them on her any way last night and she came in to our room at 12 wearing only panties and freezing cold. I put them back on her and took her to bed. this happend again at 2, she was naked in my bed. This repeated 2 more times. I'm not sure she will be wearing them again anytime soon.

You know... I was the only one in our book club that DIDN'T like Twilight. You'd think I do by my recent posts, but if you check closely, you don't see anywhere on there where I say that I even remotely like them, huh? Funny! I am interested in seeing the movie though. I like everything, so I am sure I'll love it.
As for me and reading, I like the classics, but I also like more modern lit too. Kingsolver is my most recent favorite. One of my best friends wishes she were Jane Austen. Just kidding :).
